Join us for an exclusive webinar led by Price Benowitz’s Client Intake Manager, Logan Johnson, on Wednesday, August 20, from 12 to 1 p.m. In this discussion, Logan will highlight intake best practices – what to do, what to avoid, and how crucial it is to ensure your firm is set up for success. Knowing how to give your business a strong foundation will allow for smooth client experiences and opportunities for growth.
Amassing leads is the first battle, securing those leads as clients is the second. An effective chase sequence minimizes the amount of lost opportunities, ensuring your firm has a means of boosting conversions. With the right mix of timing with effective messaging, and follow-ups, you can turn inquiries into signed clients.
About Logan:
Born and raised in California, I moved to the East Coast after college with a degree in Criminology and Justice Studies with a passion for Criminal Justice. Before joining Price Benowitz, I worked in customer service and briefly as an investigator with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office—experiences that shaped my commitment to empathy, communication, and advocacy. I started at PB in 2020 as an Intake Specialist while completing my paralegal studies. Early on, I got involved in process review, training, and documentation, which led to my promotion to Quality Control and Training Manager. I now serve as the Intake Department Manager and Process Development Manager. I’m passionate about intake because it’s often the first call someone makes during one of the scariest and most difficult moments of their life. We’re here to listen, support, and guide them forward through an otherwise confusing and overwhelming process. I focus on building a team of empathetic professionals who genuinely care about the people reaching out to us. Today, I manage a team of 31, split between personal injury and all other practice areas. While my background was in criminal defense, I embraced the challenge of learning personal injury, helping to grow our signings from 20 to over 200 cases per month through better training, follow-up, and data-driven strategies. In my dual role, I enjoy solving complex problems, improving processes, and connecting the dots across departments—from legal to marketing to operations. My work is driven by data, creativity, and the rewarding experience of helping both clients and team members grow.
