S2:E35: Reasonable Freedoms to Give to Your Employees

Welcome to the last show of 2021! Join Seth and Jay as they talk about what freedoms you should give your top employees as they exit the day to day operations. As employees start to stay with your company for longer periods of time, they should have room for them to grow and move up within the company. This means allowing for more of a hands off approach to their management as well as new responsibilities that they are now in charge of. When moving into higher level positions, there are more expectations to be able to delegate work that may take longer or not be necessary. Active communication is always important for these transitions as well as making sure the employee has everything they need to be successful, whether that’s new technology or programs that would make their job easier.
