What’s up, guys? Paul Faust and Seth Price, here with another episode of The Conference Connection. Paul Faust of Ring Boost and Seth Price from BluShark, and Price Benowitz. And we have a really, really special guest. Many of you know him, the man, the myth, the legend, Attorney Mike Morris out of Detroit with the Mike Morris Law Firm and Fireproof. And we want to talk to you guys about this episode is the upcoming Fireproof conference, and we call it a conference, but this is not really a conference. There’s a lot of great conferences out there. This is a peek inside the community of Fireproof. It’s a look at what they have done and what Mike and his team have done for years to grow firms. This is a look behind the curtain with Mike and his team some amazing speakers from outside, as well as your chance to get to talk to firms that are currently in the Fireproof coaching and mastermind program, so you really learn how valuable this is. And one of the nice things is, with Seth, my co-host is he is a Fireproof coaching and mastermind client, so he brings a unique perspective. So Mike, welcome. Seth, take it away. Mike, I don’t know who wants to jump on first, but I’m so excited about this I almost can’t wait.

Listen, I appreciate you guys having me on the show. My friends have said to me for years, you’ve got to do a Fireproof conference. You know, all that we do we do live events, but they’re for members. And I would love to introduce Fireproof to other firms who are growth-minded, entrepreneurial. Want to learn how to delegate. Want to learn how to make more money. Want a community. Want to be able to sit down with other law firm owners around the country and talk about what’s working and not and what’s not working. There’s so many referrals going on in our community at Fireproof. We have a listserv where people are asking questions and referring cases, and what vendors should we use? All of our amazing vendors are talked about, and the vendors are there to be able to share what they’re doing. So I’m learning new technologies all the time. We’re talking AI almost constantly these days, and we’re going to bring in some amazing speakers, law firm owners from around the country. Some aren’t even in Fireproof, but they’re going to come. For example, I just my good friend Andrew Finkelstein out of New York is the best negotiator I know. He came to my firm. He taught us about negotiating. He’s going to make me 10s of millions of extra dollars this year, just by what came out of his mouth and what I am now coaching my own law firm on. He agreed to come and give an one-hour keynote on negotiation. I have Angel Reyes out of Texas, who is not a Fireproof client, but he is an amazing law firm owner who is signing up 1200 auto cases a month without billboards and TV. He’s going to tell us how he’s doing that. He has over 450 VAs from around the world working his firm, working his cases. He’s going to tell us how he did that. He figured out how to get a team of lawyers led by one lawyer working on 500 files. It’s mind-blowing. There are going to be speakers like this, who are going to tell you exactly how they make the sausage, including me, including my team. If you want to grow and you want to scale and you want to become a $200-$300 billion a year firm, and learn how to do it, not all on your own. This is the conference for you.

And Mike, as you have told me, number one month to be in Detroit, September rated the best place to be. This is September 11 to 12th in Detroit. This is a highly curated event. There’s also going to be a private party at the Henry Ford Museum, which is a place you just don’t get to have a private event at and go enjoy and see so and by the way, I believe it’s also going to be Mike Moore’s birthday, so you get to celebrate Mike Morris while we’re there. And now we’ll give the details of how to register if you have more questions. But I also want to go to Seth Price, because Seth is not only a host, a co-host on the show, you’re in a lot of conferences. You’re a frequent speaker. You’re a vendor in the industry, plus lawyer, but you were also a coaching client. You were also in the program. So you can give a unique perspective as to why this is valuable for a law firm.

What I love about this is A. the talent coming. Crazy, right? It’s the outside, non-Fireproof, people like Andrew and, you know, Angel, amazing, right? These guys are doing stuff that we are all in, all right. They’ve created, they’ve created the playbook for us. But what I love about Fireproof, and I think what people are going to get there, is that there’s lots of coaches out there and lots of ways to implement, but the fact that there is a playbook. I mean, Mike has done an amazing job with his team of scaling remarkably, and the team basically opens up the kimono and shows you these. This is the way we do these things. And by doing that. But most people sort of like hot, you know, they tell you stuff, but not enough to really do it yourself. And here, this is the playbook that has, you know, helped our firm tremendously. And it’s tough to move the machine as you build and grow, but when there’s a place to go back to and say, Hey, they’ve done it this way, there’s no reason we can’t that’s been extremely helpful. Yeah, I love.

You guys are going to be in the room, not only with the coaches and the speakers, but with lots of people who have grown their firm that have no incentive. They’re not getting paid by Fireproof that you could talk to about the value of the program. So you’re getting a look behind the kimono. You’re getting behind the curtain. But let me be very clear, this is not for everybody. If you don’t have an interest in a coaching program, if you don’t have an interest in growing your firm, if you don’t have a team that you want to delegate to, this is not the event for you. There’s a lot of great conferences, business of law, and big truck. You could just NTL, you could just go and suck in some information. This is if you really want to take the time, bring in your team and grow your firm. This is a spot for you to get a look. A lot of people have seen Mike speak at conferences for 20 minutes, a half an hour, that was unbelievable. Now you’re getting two full days of it with his team and outsiders. So Mike, is there anything else you want to add? We have there’s going to be unbelievable, curated events, private parties, and opportunities in the network. This is something you need to be at.

You’ve set this down for everybody. If you don’t want to grow and you don’t want to learn to delegate, you don’t want to learn how to set up a team, and you don’t want to learn how to set processes, you don’t care about core values, and you don’t care about community, don’t come. I mean, it’s not, it’s not, it really isn’t for you. But you know what I’m proud of is that we are one of the only coaching programs that offers quarterlies and weekly coaching by lawyers and paralegals, and coaches who actually did it and built it. So that’s my I’m just real proud of that, that you that if you’re a personal injury firm or a divorce firm, immigration firm that’s growing and has a lot of people and wants to get bigger and better. This is the conference, because you’re going to learn from people who actually did it. Paul mentioned the Henry Ford Museum, which is one of my favorite places here in Detroit. Henry Ford was a collector and a curator. You know, we invented the car. The first car. The first train, the first plane, the vehicle which JFK was killed, Archie Bunker’s chair, and the bus that Rosa Parks was on when she was arrested. There are so many great things that were taken over. The whole thing, which I don’t even know if it’s been done before. So we do it so fireproof, likes to entertain, likes to have fun, but you’re learning all day, and it’s tiring. I mean, sometimes we have lawyers begging for breaks because we’re just pounding them with information, like we just did in Park City with one of our mastermind groups. So I’m really excited that you, you guys, are coming. I’m excited for what this can be. Who knows if we’re going to do it again? But so you know, if you’re on the fence, you come this first time, and let’s see and help. Help make that decision if this is going to be valuable.
